We all have those days when we just feel off or down and don't know why. Sometimes when I have a day like this, there is nothing that I do that can turn it around and that is okay! It is perfectly healthy to have down days because we would not enjoy the great days without them. However, most of the time, I feel that I have ended my day with a happy attitude and an array of accomplished tasks! I wanted to share a few tips and tricks of small things that I do throughout the day that can make a huge impact on my overall productivity and happiness.
